Direct-Fired Heaters
Direct-Fired Heaters (such as LB Whites) consume oxygen from the surrounding environment and release off-gases and moisture back into the building. This creates the need for additional ventilation and dehumidification to maintain a safe, dry, and efficient working environment.
These heaters consume large amounts of propane, which can quickly become expensive. Most suppliers charge a premium for the fuel, plus rental and delivery/handling fees per bottle.
At Climate Control Canada, we do not upsell propane or profit from fuel. Instead, we offer our bulk pricing directly to you at cost, helping you reduce overall project expenses.
While direct-fired heaters may have their place in specific construction applications, they are not ideal—especially for interior finishing—due to moisture generation, air quality concerns, and fuel inefficiency.
